HAVEN

Today we are proud to announce that HAVEN has stepped in to color our ongoing title, RISEN. This arrival coincides with the departure of Diogo Nascimento. We wish Diogo all the best with his booming coloring career. HAVEN is an up and coming colorist from New York City. Samples of his work will be on the RISEN page very soon. His coloring style is a mix of beautifully rendered backgrounds and an unrelenting attention to detail. The RISEN team is finally complete, and we couldn't be happier. When the first issue comes out, sometime this year, we are sure that it will make the entire comic book industry take notice of STUDIO RUCKUS.

DIOGO HAS ARRIVED

Diogo Nascimento has recently joined us to color our ongoing title RISEN. Diogo's arrival coincides with Giuseppe Pika's departure. We're expecting big things from Diogo. His art style has a lot of bright contrasts and wonderful effects.

NEPO IS ON FIRE

STUDIO RUCKUS

Hello everyone. Just today, we officially recruited Nephtali Leal to do all of the artwork for our new mini-series, FIRE(working title).
His artwork is very fluid and has a style that is very much his own. We at Studio Ruckus are thrilled to have him onboard.
Keep track of his progress on our website and look for FIRE #1 to hit stores early next year.

Website Launch

Hello everyone. Mike Gee here. I'm the hepcat that's behind the scenes. We are an internationa lup and coming comic book studio. We currently have our first book, Punky Pinky, available at comixpress.com . We are about to submit our first major collaborative effort, Risen, to a few major publishing companies in the coming months. If you've stumbled onto this, you are probably one of us, or someone that picked up a copy of Pinky at a store somewhere. We thank you and welcome you to our studio. Feel free to comment on this blog. If you want to really be recognized as one of our O.G. ( original gangster) fans, email us at risenletters@yahoo.com . It will be the home of fan letters and fan art, but for now, use that vehicle to get yourself really noticed. Who knows, one day you might be on the creative team, or one day we might be making your lunch at Burger King. Eitherway, welcome to the studio.

p.s. Uncle Sal is our studio mascot. I assure you he isn't an alter ego of anyone on the creative team. Comment on his posts too, it will make him feel better.
